El Alto: Embargan propiedad del ex alcalde José Luis Paredes por uso arbitrario de recursos económicos

El Asesor Jurídico del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Alto, Abraham Aliaga ha informado que se procedió al embargo de la propiedad del ex alcalde José Luis Paredes Muñoz por uso arbitrario de recursos económicos del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal de El Alto y por lo tanto del Estado, ya que desde el 2007 se habría iniciado la demanda para  su reposición, hasta la fecha la suma ascendería a 20 mil dólares, monto que debería ser recuperado; caso contrario se procedería la remate del bien inmueble.

Aliaga junto al Oficial de Diligencias Juzgado Segundo Coactivo Fiscal de la ciudad de La Paz, el pasado 26 de marzo, procedieron a cumplir con los pasos legales de la notificación a la propiedad del ex alcalde José Luis Paredes  que se encuentra ubicada  en inmediaciones de las antenas del mirador de ciudad de Satélite.

La deuda económica de 3.925 dólares americanos, actualmente en las UFV’s, llegarían a sumar 20 mil $U$ americanos.

Asimismo el asesor jurídico indicó “que se está procediendo con todos los pasos legales, el ex alcalde Paredes tiene plazo de 60 a 90 días para cancelar la suma adeudada, caso contrario se procederá con el remate del bien inmueble; también indicó que se tiene mandamiento de aprensión contra el ex alcalde Flavio Clavijo por apropiación de recursos económicos y ganancias ilícitas.”

    But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.

    Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures.
